Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

You may return your order within 7 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and labels, and in a resellable condition. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return courier cost. Products that have been opened, used, or are hygiene-sensitive cannot be returned unless defective.
