MindAura is an online store and all orders are delivered using Aramex Store-to-Door courier service.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 8–10 business days after the order has been processed.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Courier Delays
While we do our best to ensure orders are delivered on time, MindAura is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances outside our control.
If there is a delay, we will do our best to assist and follow up with the courier.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details at checkout.
MindAura will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with Aramex.
Legal Notice
Under South African e-commerce law, suppliers must deliver within the agreed delivery period, or within 30 days if no period was agreed. If delivery does not happen within the agreed/legal period, the customer may have the right to cancel the order with written notice.
